Obada Alsalhani spent years in timeshare, one of the hardest rooms in sales. He finished as the number one timeshare salesperson in the country. Then he finished as the number one in the world. That is not a figure of speech. For years, nobody on the planet sold it better.

Number one comes with everything people chase: the income, the recognition, a reputation that opened any door in the industry. What it did not come with was meaning. He was the best in the world at selling something that did not change anyone’s life, and he knew it.
He walked away to change lives.
So he left at the top. He chose life insurance for one reason: he wanted work that changes lives. A policy sold honestly decides what happens to a family on their worst day. That was worth starting over for. He founded Checkmate Financial Group and brought his reputation with him.

The typical agency plays a volume game. Recruit as many agents as possible, hand them leads that have been resold five times, and let churn sort it out. Obada built the opposite.
