Your information,
handled like it matters.
What we collect, who sees it, and how you switch any of it off. The plain version, backed word for word by the full policy.
Four questions. Answered without a lawyer.
What we collect, and why
Only what a licensed agent needs to quote you. Your name, contact details, state, and the coverage you’re asking about, plus licensing details if you apply to join us as an agent. Every field on our forms exists because an agent or a carrier needs it. Nothing is collected for its own sake.
Who sees it
Your licensed agent, and the carriers you’re quoted with or choose to apply to. Behind them, the vendors that keep our site, scheduling, and phones running, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money. And there are no third-party advertising trackers on this site. The complete sharing list lives in the privacy policy.
How it moves
Encrypted in transit. Everything that travels between your browser and us moves over HTTPS with TLS. Inside the business, we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, and we expect the same from every vendor that processes information for us.
Your controls
Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop (details in our SMS terms). Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, as described in the privacy policy, subject to the records a licensed agency must keep. Or skip the forms entirely and call (833) 997-6934. A person answers.
We only text people who asked.
If you get a text from us, it’s because you checked the box. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
STOP always works. Reply to any message and you’ll get one confirmation, then silence. Reply HELP for help. Your number and your opt-in stay with us and the services that deliver the messages, never with marketers.
The complete program terms are in our SMS terms.
The full policy, if you want it.
This page is the human summary. The privacy policy is the complete, binding version. Questions land with a person either way.
