Do-Not-Call Policy

1. Our written policy
Checkmate Financial Group LLC maintains this written Do-Not-Call Policy and provides it free of charge to anyone who requests it. It applies to every marketing call and text we place, and it works together with our SMS Program Terms and Privacy Policy.
Who we call. We call and text only people who asked us to, by submitting a form on this website or by calling, texting, or emailing us directly. We do not buy, rent, or import calling lists, and we do not obtain phone numbers from outside sources.
2. How to make a do-not-call request
Ask any way that works for you. There is no fee, and no form is required:
- Tell any agent on a call that you do not want to be called again.
- Reply STOP to any text message from us.
- Call (833) 997-6934, Monday through Friday, 9am–8pm ET.
- Email Info@Checkmatefinancialgroup.com.
You may make the request for any phone number you use. If you want more than one number added, tell us each number and we will add them all.
3. What we do with your request
When you ask us not to call or text, we:
- Record your number on our internal Do-Not-Call list.
- Honor the request within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.
- Keep your number on the list for at least 5 years.
- Apply the request across all of our calling and texting campaigns, unless you tell us to limit it to a specific campaign or purpose.
4. National and state registries
Before placing any marketing call without your prior express written consent, we scrub our calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state do-not-call registries, including Florida’s, at least every 31 days. Numbers on those registries are not called for marketing purposes unless an exception under federal or state law applies, such as your prior express written consent or an established business relationship you have not asked us to end.
5. Calling windows and limits
We place marketing calls and texts only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. local time at your location. We make no more than 3 attempts in any 24-hour period regarding the same matter.
6. Caller ID
We always transmit accurate caller ID. The number displayed on your phone can be called back during business hours to reach us, ask questions, or make a do-not-call request.
7. Agent identification
Our agents state their name and that they are calling from Checkmate Financial Group, a licensed insurance agency. If you ever receive a call claiming to be from us that does not follow this policy, tell us at the contacts below so we can investigate.
8. Revoking consent
You can revoke any consent to be called or texted by any reasonable means, including replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text, telling an agent on a call, calling us, or emailing us. We honor revocations within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.
